Customer Service Representative

Stephanie has always enjoyed working with animals, growing up on a family farm and getting to nurture and play with the farm animals was a great experience.  She decided to make her passion into a career. She started out at a vet clinic in 2020 as a Customer Support Representative and has since gone on to other veterinary clinics/hospitals to continue working as a Customer Support Representative. She joined Castlerock in 2025. Her favorite part of the job is meeting the clients and their pets. She has 2 feline rescues of her own (Fancy and Pip) that are very well loved, and some may say spoiled. Her hobbies include gardening, cooking and play time with her grand pup (black & tan coonhound) named “Willow Bean”.
